Media Mind AI Corp ("we", "us") operates FeedSync AI™. FeedSync AI™ is part of the VERA™ family, Verified Evidence Registry & Authority, a QuantumX project within Media Minds AI Group. We comply with applicable data protection law, including GDPR and CCPA where they apply.

Account details (email, name, organization), billing information handled by our payment processor, content you submit for distribution (brand facts, product records, corrections you submit), technical data (IP address, device, usage logs), and support correspondence.

To provide and improve the Service, to publish and distribute records you authorize and to sample AI responses about them, to process payments, to secure the Service and prevent abuse, and to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell personal data.

4Data sharing & disclosure

We share data with processors who help us run the Service (hosting, payments, email), when required by law, and with your direction (for example when you publish a record). Signed records you choose to publish are public by design.

5Your rights

Depending on where you live you may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Contact us and we will respond within the period the law requires.

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and logging. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will notify you as the law requires.
