Last updated August 17, 2026. These terms govern your use of FeedSync AI™ (the "Service"), operated by Media Mind AI Corp.
1Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you are using the Service for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
2Description of service
FeedSync AI™ publishes verified brand and product records, notifies discovery endpoints, samples AI responses, and returns signed receipts and an audit trail. Features, limits, and credential types may change; where a capability is marked beta or limited, it is provided as such.
3User accounts
You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
4Payment terms
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor. Prices are shown before purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; you may cancel at any time and access continues to the end of the paid period.
5Acceptable use
Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, attempt to obtain credentials for content you did not create or control, misrepresent verification status, reverse engineer the Service, or use it to harm others. We may refuse, suspend, or revoke credentials issued in breach of these rules.
6Intellectual property
You keep the rights to your content. You grant us the license needed to operate the Service, including issuing signed records that reference your content. The Service, its marks (VERA™, AITP™, VeraGraph™, V-Verify™, FeedSync AI™), and its software remain ours.
7Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided as is. A credential or record attests to what was checked and when; it is not a guarantee that a claim is true, that a platform will cite you, or that a particular commercial outcome will follow.
8Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Media Mind AI Corp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
9Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Signed records already issued may remain valid as historical records, marked as revoked where applicable.
10Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
